Is Excalibur a franchise?
No. Excalibur is family-owned and family-operated right here in Fort Myers. When you call, you'll talk to an owner, not a corporate call center. We built this place ourselves.
How hurricane-resistant is each unit?

Phase 2 units are under construction now in a variety of sizes (1,350 to 2,708 sq ft) and are expected to be complete in late Spring 2026. Phase 1 base units (1,350 sq ft) remain available.

Yes. Financing is available through our preferred lender, with a low down payment requirement and pre-construction cost reduction for early reservations.
